If a you have or a furry friend doesn't work wait 24 to 48 hours for your bear or your code to work.
If the furry friend code still doesn't work you should email babv on vwhelp@buildabear.com and they can get it working for you if they give this information:
Animal ID:
Username:
Receipt Code:
Animal Name:
Receipt Code:
Key Code:
SFS Number: (If you dont have a SFS number then it's ok because you don't really need it)
