Yearbook Photo for 'Summer is Coming' theme

Recently staff had held a new banner contest. I think the general theme is that 'Summer is Coming' so i propose that Members and Staff get together for a group photo. Does anyone have a proposal date, time, den, and place? I will be able to take the picture and post it so we can add it to the yearbook the staff are putting together.

UPDATE: it has been decided that it is a Sunday at U.S.A. den Gym at 1 pm Central, 2pm Eastern, and 7 pm UK. We are still deciding which Sunday.

I say this friday at 4:30pm eastern time den bear cave

I'm game for Saturday, but I dunno if I can be on at an exact time. If you give me the information, I will try to be on.

1 pm Central time
7 pm UK time
2 pm Eastern time
gym (USA)
Now if that works for everyone we can decide on a date.

I have a staff photo

So we have everything except the meeting place on the den and what Sunday. Any suggestion?

How about the Lumbear yard, not a lot of people go there and we can take the photo there too.
