Guide: How to re-size a banner on Paint and uploading it onto babv-lovers

How to make a banner:
1. Set your pixels.
Click on Resize at the top of the screen to the right of the paste button and under the copy button.
Then uncheck Mantain aspect info and click the bullet pixels instead of percentage:

Change the pixel size to 816 horizontal and 299 vertical.
2. Make your picture!
Decorate it anyway you like!
3. Put it on babv-lovers.
Click on host an image button which is to the right of insert a table and to the left of insert an image. Hit browse and get it from your folder and then hit upload. Then hit the middle copy button which will insert the image. The url will be highlighted copy and paste it onto your post.
