Meeting about the 500 member party

Here are the Meeting minutes for the 500 Member party planning meeting:
Members that attended were:
Camilla, Admin, Hannahgemfriend30, Sage, Test, CandiAugust, and PriscillaBallerina31

Question asked by hannahgemfriend30 to admin was when are the prizes going to be awarded for the voting on different titles in the polls section?
Admins response was sometime in October if all goes well


It was decided on the date and time for the 500 member party
September 11th at 2:00 pm central (8:00 UK time)
Den will be Asia~Bear Bridge we will meet at performing arts center at 2:00 pm central and hang out from 2:00 Pm till 3:30 pm central - 2:10 central for a meet and greet and wait for members to arrive for the fashion show.

Fashion show begins Promptly at 2:10-2:20 pm prize code for sanrio fashion tee code will be determined and awarded by PrisicilaBallerina31

2:20-2:30 pm will be a hide and seek game looking for Someonedude character
Prize will be a giggly piggly certificate I will post a picture of someonedude before the party so that way friends can not use the join player feature

The rest of the party time we can hang out and dance and play games.

Camilla will send Maxine an invite to the party

Camilla will send out a Forum Email Invite to every member of the forums email asking them to come to the party for a chance to win Pawsome Prizes like:
5 different bears ( 2 giggly piggly, 1 chococat, and 2 of the 10.00 bears) ,
of the 5 credits cards, 3 of the VIB~3 month memberships, a couple of the Sanriofriends tee shirt codes, 5 icecream hats, an icecream psi outfit and whatever others are donating.
Members can invite their friends to join us at the party but their friends have to be registered members to enter the contests for prizes

CandiAugust had the great idea to play hide and seek for a bear

The Volunteer Photographers for the party are: Lillybearathlete, CandiAugust, Sage, and we will ask ajbubbles also.

Camilla will choose the most cheerful party person and award a bear.

All staff and members donating prizes will be responsible for posting their own contests and awarding their own prizes in the contests Section

All of the contests the members have to attend the party to win a prize

PriscillaBallerina's contests will ask questions like what I wore to party and what dances I do my prizes will be determined and announced on Sunday sometime in the afternoon of Sept 12th

We will have a short meeting next Saturday to take suggestions from members and staff for other party activities and prizes.
Saturday September 4th at 4:00 pm central time please see the party section Stickied time conversion sheet for your time

it was a great planning session everyone that attended and I will meet with you next saturday to go over more party details

I can't wait for the it will be super fun and if anyone can do you tube videos it would be great to promote this party and have even more fun if more people join and come to the party!!

If you can do a you tube video please do one and announce all of the activities and prizes above!

Me too! It will be lots of un and I posted in the contest section about the hide and seek game and the character everyone will look for so if you come to the party I might give hints about his whereabouts on the chat box!
