Ending date- 18th of April

The winner is... TEST, with 10 members joined!!
In the amount of time you have, you have to bring at the most amount of members as you can .
The members you bring can't be from the same ID adress.

That is why an admin is hosting the contest because they have the special priveleges to be able to verify that none of the new people that are referred have the same IP address as any other members.
They will be verified!

Yup, and I hate when people cheat to win a prize, I saw it many times.

umm the contest who you get to JOIN not just tell them about. If they don't join you can't add them to the list. If it was just telling them I would of already hit 40
