| I heard it is a new thing you get attending a real birthday party at the babw store and it is like the poodle balloon it is not a ride but a bunch of balloons you carry.
I think there is a bluebear ballooon a pink heart, and yellow sun.
Sorry I have not seen anyone with them yet in bearville.
Hopefully someone can post us a pic when they are spotted again.
