I returned the bow and then scurried out of the medicine den. All of a sudden the ground shook. "Earthquake," i meowed. I ran over to the cub's den and carried them all out by the scruffs of their necks. Now, just how were all the older ones.

I went to the warrior's dens to check on them. "How is everything?" i meowed. I wanted to make sure they were ready for a suprise attack. Dark clan was advancing and eating too much.

I noddded and turned to leave. Then i heard a sound. It was another mouse, i turned and killed it. I pushed it toward my warriors, "Eat up," i told them and walked away toward my den.

I walked over to my den where i nestled in for a nap. I needed to rest up for i could feel that the attack would be near. I wanted all the rest and peace i could get, which wasn't much.

(Darkheart) We were on the Lightclan's land and we were hunting their prey. Like i cared, we needed the food more than they did. Our clan was more important.I padded through the forest where i spotted some Lightclan's members. I gave the flick of my tail to retreat, although we were warriors we didn't want to start a war, that meant the loss of lives.

I nodded in agreement. I made my way though the forest and into the dark territory of the darkclan. Being a warrior was so rewarding. I had one squirrel for Hawkstar hoping he would forgive us. We then had caught a deer, they were rare, but we haven't had a deer for 2 months. I had the deer draped across my back. I ceremoniously walked into the center and lay it down near the eating stumps. I had also a hidden squirrel for us warriors.

I couldn't lie, "Yes, a deer and two squirrels," i placed the squirrels at Hawkstar's feet. I then nudged them closer to him as a gesture that they were for him. The deer was for the whole clan, squirrels were for warriors and other officials considering there were less of them and more work being done.
