I am not good at making videos but I can try to tell you step by step how to do that
1. Click on your profile
2. Click on the word at the top that says Avatar
3. You can click browse to upload it from your desktop on your computer or
If you store stuff on a site like photobucket you can click and paste the url
4.then click the bottom box that says save
